Industry Overview

Chemical pumps are special fluid transport equipment designed to convey special media including corrosive, flammable and explosive, toxic and hazardous, high-temperature, high-pressure, high-viscosity and particle-laden fluids. As essential core equipment for process industries such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, new energy, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection, they run through the entire production process, including raw material feeding, reaction circulation, distillation transfer, finished product delivery and wastewater treatment.

Different from ordinary clean water pumps, chemical pumps are subject to stringent mandatory requirements on wetted materials, mechanical seals, explosion-proof performance, temperature and pressure resistance, as well as zero-leakage safety indicators. Their performance directly determines the continuous and safe operation of chemical production lines, making them core safeguarding equipment for safe production and environmental compliance of chemical projects.

Industry Challenges

  • Costly Maintenance Downtime: Traditional chemical pumps require pipeline dismantling for repairs, causing prolonged production halts and significant financial losses.
  • Vulnerability to Corrosion: Single-material designs fail to adapt to various corrosive fluids, easily leading to pump body perforation.
  • High Energy Consumption: Conventional pumps running 24/7 suffer from low hydraulic efficiency, driving up electricity bills.

Key Advantages

  • Rapid On-Site Maintenance: Featuring a back pull-out rear cover design, the pump allows for maintenance without detaching inlet or outlet pipelines. Vulnerable parts like mechanical seals can be replaced swiftly, minimizing assembly line downtime and eliminating material waste from medium draining.
  • Customizable Material Options: Available in stainless steel, alloy steel, and fluorine-lined options to perfectly match weak acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and salt-containing wastewater. This precise material matching prevents casing corrosion and cavity perforation, significantly extending the pump's service life.
  • Superior Energy Efficiency: Engineered with high-efficiency hydraulic impellers, it delivers remarkable power savings during long-cycle circulation. The robust bearing structure ensures stable energy consumption under both no-load and full-load conditions, generating substantial long-term cost savings for mass deployments.
