CQ Magnetic Pump

CQ series magnetic drive centrifugal pump is a sealless & zero-leakage horizontal centrifugal pump developed based on permanent magnetic coupling principle. It cancels traditional mechanical shaft seal and adopts static seal instead of dynamic seal, fundamentally eliminating leakage risk.
The pump consists of motor, magnetic coupling assembly and pump head. The magnetic drive assembly includes outer magnet rotor, isolation shell and inner magnet rotor. Magnetic force penetrates the isolation sleeve to transmit torque without mechanical contact.
Standard wetted parts adopt 304 / 316L stainless steel. Bearings are optional graphite or silicon carbide. Explosion-proof motor is available for flammable & explosive working conditions.
