Vertical New Type Inline Pump
New Type Vertical inline centrifugal pump adopts vertical base mounting configuration. Different from direct-coupled pipeline pumps, this model is equipped with a middle coupling and safety guard between pump casing and vertical motor.
Its suction and discharge flanges are centered on the same horizontal axis, enabling direct inline installation into existing pipelines. The coupling structure effectively absorbs vibration during heavy-load operation, preventing shaft deflection and abnormal vibration issues commonly found on high-power direct-connected pumps.
Manufactured in compliance with GB/T 5656 standard, this pump delivers high hydraulic efficiency and stable continuous-duty performance. Multiple customizable options are available: cast iron / SS304 / SS316 pump casing, explosion-proof motor, VFD drive assembly and high-temperature mechanical seals. It is widely deployed for large-scale HVAC units, factory circulating water, high-rise water pressurization and heat exchanger supporting systems.
