YW Submerged Sewage Pump

The YW submersible sewage pump is equipped with a wide-flow passage impeller, delivering outstanding impurity passing capability. It can freely pass long fibrous substances five times the pump nominal diameter and solid particles up to 50% of diameter size, thoroughly preventing winding and clogging issues.
Fitted with tungsten carbide wear-resistant sealing surfaces, the unit adopts double-sided mechanical seal structure. The mechanical seal operates inside an oil bath chamber, securing stable continuous service life exceeding 8,000 hours.
Merits include compact overall structure, tiny floor footprint, low operational noise and favorable energy-saving performance.
With the motor installed above liquid level and pump body submerged underwater, the pump needs no pre-priming upon startup. It operates smoothly with slight vibration, and extra pump house construction is unnecessary.
It can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control cabinet to trigger automatic startup and shutdown according to liquid level variation, realizing fully unattended operation.
Multiple installation schemes are available: single pipe and double pipe drainage structure, compatible with square and circular mounting plates. The submersible depth ranges from 0.5 meters to 7 meters, adaptable to all kinds of sewage tanks and collecting basins.
For material configuration, users can select cast iron standard casing or SS304 / SS316 stainless steel casing. Stainless steel models are applicable for mildly corrosive wastewater media, widely deployed for chemical processing, pharmaceutical production and other industrial fields.
