ZA/ZE Chemical Process Pump
The ZA and ZE series are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal process pumps, fully engineered in compliance with the API 610 international standard. They are classified as API OH1 (ZA model, foot-mounted) and API OH2 (ZE model, centerline-mounted heavy-duty), respectively.
Both models adopt identical hydraulic designs, bearing assemblies, and mechanical seal chamber structures, ensuring excellent spare parts interchangeability. The core differences lie in the casing support structure, pressure rating, and high-temperature resistance.

Core Differences Between ZA and ZE Series Pump
• ZA Pump (OH1): Foot-mounted design with a maximum design pressure of 2.5 MPa. Cost-effective for conventional processes under normal and moderate temperature conditions.
• ZE Pump (OH2): Centerline-supported casing structure effectively compensates thermal expansion. It boasts a maximum design pressure of up to 5.0 MPa, specially engineered for high-temperature, high-pressure and harsh continuous-duty applications.
