Horizontal New Type Inline Pump
The KWS horizontal coupled inline centrifugal pump adopts split transmission structure, fitted with coupling and safety guard between pump casing and horizontal motor, which is structurally different from common direct-coupled pipeline pumps.
Equipped with integral horizontal base for floor mounting, its suction and discharge flanges are horizontally centered on the same axis, enabling direct inline installation into existing pipeline systems. Designed complying with GB/T 5656 standard, this pump is specially tailored for high-power working conditions.
The intermediate coupling effectively absorbs operational vibration and compensates minor shaft alignment error, greatly lowering abnormal noise and shaft wear issues frequently occurring on heavy-duty direct-connected pumps. Multiple customized configurations are available: cast iron / SS304 / SS316 pump casing, explosion-proof motor, VFD drive unit and high-temperature mechanical seals.
Designed with back pull-out structure, consumable parts including mechanical seal, impeller and shaft sleeve can be replaced without detaching inlet and outlet pipelines.
